We will be identifying tools for helping ratepayers document their recurring council issues and performance gaps, to create the evidence for escalation resolution interventions.
The tools we have identified are:
- Documenting council case reports to inform factual accounts of incidents, analyse and identify root causes and resolution suggestions;
- Documenting & registering council complaints and complements, to increase better outcomes.
Preliminary project planning are commencing to scope the development of these aggregation tools. Future project opportunities include exploring the use of data analytic technology to identify and report common strengths and weaknesses of councils.
